Our patients are at the heart of what we do. The podiatrists at The Hunter Foot Clinic always strive to provide the best professional care to all patients at all times.
To ensure the best quality of care we:
Work collaboratively alongside our patient's GP and other allied health professionals (for example, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and imaging specialists) to ensure that our patients are receiving the best possible, holisitic health care outcomes.
Allow longer than the standard 20 minute timeframe for a consultation; giving our patients the time to ask questions, and giving our podiatrists the time to ensure that our patients are kept informed and educated about their foot health.
Believe everyone should be able to receive quality podiatric services - therefore we bulk bill for those who have a Enhanced Primary Careplans (for chronic medical conditions and complex care needs). There are no out of pocket expenses for consultations.
Spend additional time fitting patients with medical grade shoes (if required).
Issue our patients with educational information as best suited to their needs and circumstances and will take the time to explain the information to our patients.
Provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and any accompanying family members.
Have designated parking at the rear of The Hunter Foot Clinic, and wheelchair access.
